Company Policies

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. In some cases candles will need to be made to order. In those cases orders will be shipped within 3 days. All orders are shipped so they will not sit in a warehouse facility over the weekend. Because of this there may be some fluctuation in shipping dates. If this occurs you will be notified via email. Your order will be shipped via USPS or Fedex and a tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

Shipping

Shipping charges are as follows:

0 - $9.99 = $6.95

$10.00 - $49.99 = $8.95

$50.00 - $99.99 = $11.95

$100.00 - $200.00 = $16.95

This is our first attempt at set shipping prices so these rates may be adjusted to be more economical for all parties.
